Our Sahara desert is huge, full of mystery and history, here the nature is always surprising us with your beauty, however in this short 3 days tour we make sure that you will feel the Sahara life experience, you will be in contact with this immensity and discovery another world. You will enjoy camping in the desert, camel riding, real culture, cuisine and music, all of it through the highlighting places in Sahara. Day 1: M’Hamid – Tamarisk tree – Mazwariya duns
Departure from the Gate of the desert into the real and immense desert on the Camels crossing a 10 km distance of small dunes lunch under an unloading Tamarisk tree. This camel tour is a worthy experience of a simpler, quieter life and a sojourn off the beaten track in the dunes of the Sahara. It is also a sample of eco-tourism activities.
In the afternoon, you continue your camel trek to the Mazwariya duns a meeting place of all the nomads tribes as there is a well as a source of life for them. Dinner and night in a mobile camp either under the stars in the vast desert sky or in the nomad tent.
Day 2: Mazwariya duns – Oasis – Erg Chigaga
After breakfast in this unique and quiet atmosphere, you will have an optional hour of camel ride. Afterwards, you are picked up in 4×4 to travel to another different area of this immense desert. You reach a sacred oasis for lunch break under the shade of palm trees. After a relaxing nap, you will travel to the huge sand dunes of Erg Chigaga. This largest group of sand dunes is at a height of 300 m on a length of 40 km. Dinner, night and entertainment in the bivouac either under the stars in the vast desert sky or in the desert camp erg chigaga .
Day 3: Erg Chigaga – M’Hamid
After an unforgettable sunrise with the morning breeze, the breakfast is served in a tent or in the open air in the bivouac. Afterwards, you feel the sand between your toes and this wonderful journey ends coming back with the 4×4 to the village of Mhamid. Arrival is around 10:30 a.m
