My boyfriend and I traveled Morocco for 10 days, the best part of our trip was the desert trek in the Sahara. We rented a car and drove from Marrakech to M’hamid which ended up being about a 9 hour drive. Once we arrived, M’barak greeted us with traditional tea and delicious snacks! M’barak, the owner, made us feel extremely welcome and treated us like friends. The hostel was very clean, comfortable and had free wi-fi. The next day we began our trek to screaming dune. We had a wonderful experience walking through the desert, camping under trees and eating delicious traditional meals. If you are traveling to Morocco and are looking for a unique moroccan experience, I highly recommend Kasbah Tours!!

This hostel is right in the frontier to the desert. M’hamid in itself is an interesting village facing the desert and it was nice to stay a couple of days there and have a slight notion of how are things there. Definitely a life enriching experience. I went by myself and the staff was very kind and friendly, so i felt really welcomed. It’s a nice budget option if you get the spirit of being in the desert.

I’m really glad to stay 2 nights in this place. The guys are very friendly and helpfull, the auberge are located at the bank of the desert outside the village what is very good for peoples who wants to stay close to the nature in quiet, sacrificed place. They offering an excursions to Chegaga or just small camel trip around the closest desert also. Believe me, this place is worth of yours attence!
