6 days is time enough to admire the desert with its majestic simplicity, to immerse yourself in spectacular landscapes and to have the opportunity to learn more about Nomad culture through conversations with our experienced guides. This tour offers different attractions such as, the beautiful landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains, authentic architecture, camping in the Sahara Desert, camel riding, traditionall food, music and much more. Day 1: M’Hamid

Early in the morning we leave M’Hamid, the final village before the desert. We will enjoy a trek with our camel drivers through the desert landscapes. After a few hours, we stop for a picnic and a rest. Our final destination today is Almazwariya , where we enjoy dinner and entertainment around the camp fire.

Day 2: M’Hamid – Reg d’El Arada – Ruins of Sidi Bousnina

After breakfast, travelling on camel followed by our guides to reach the ruins of Sidi Bousnina via Reg d’El Arada. Stop for lunch during the trek. We set up our camp near the ruins. Dinner, entertainment round the camp with fire and music. Overnight in tent or under the starry sky.

Day 3: Ruins of Sidi Bousnina – Erg Ez-Zahar

In the morning we travel to the dunes of Erg Ez-Zahar. Lunch on the way. In the afternoon, the caravan proceeds to the dunes. We set up camp in Erg Ez-Zahar. While the sun is setting, the camel drivers prepare a delicious Tagine for our evening meal. You will treasure these intimate moments. Dinner, entertainment around the camp fire with music. Overnight in tent or beneath the stars.

Day 4: Erg Ez-Zahar – Erg Smar

Wake to the rising sun and enjoy a Bedouin breakfast made on the glowing embers of the fire lit the previous evening. The caravan leaves for Erg Smar passing Ait Ounabgui. Lunch in the middle of the desert. We set up camp at Erg Smar. Dinner, entertainment round the camp with fire and music. Overnight stay in tents or under the starry sky.

Day 5: Erg Smar – Erg Ait Ounir

The camel trek continues through the desert. Lunch along the way. We set up camp in Erg Ait Ounir. The evening meal is prepared by the camel drivers. Dinner, entertainment round the camp. Overnight in tent or under the stars.

Day 6: Erg Ait Ounir – M’Hamid via Rass Nkhill

After breakfast, the caravan depart towards Mhamid. Stopping to have  lunch along the way, in Rass Nkhill. On arrival, a well earned shower and dinner await us. Bedouin evening with local folklore, overnight in our Kasbah at M’Hamid.
